Karen Park Lee has extensive experience in both the hospitality and health care industries, and working in and with government agencies. Karen has a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Management the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and while in college worked for the Immigration and Naturalization Service. Karen later worked as a hotel manager for both the Arizona Biltmore in Phoenix, Arizona and the Dragon Hill Hotel (US Department of Defense) in Seoul, Korea.
Karen started her second career in health care after graduating with a Master’s of Science degree in Organizational Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology (CSPP). Karen completed both a graduate student internship and post-graduate position for Kaiser Permanente. After giving birth to and staying home to raise her son, Robinson for several years, Karen worked as a Member Services Provider for both SCAN and Care First, and the later in the Business Development Department of Blue Shield of California. Karen has an excellent understanding of instruct patients in dealing with both the Medi-Cal and Medicare programs
Karen serves as our Office Director, providing managing client intake and business operations. Karen draws upon her expertise, knowledge and experience to professionally guide clients who are seeking Social Security Disability and Retirement Benefits, provide assistance navigating the health care system and strongly advocates for the rights of the patients with Medical Insurance Companies, Hospitals, and Government Agencies.
